Spin/Cycling – This is a 45 minute ride taught with certain heart rate parameter and cadence range. Bring water and a towel. Sign in is available 30 minutes prior to each class at the front desk.

Zumba – A 60 minute fusion of Latin and International dance choreography to fast and slow rhythms. A great cardio and core conditioning workout. Be a part of the Zumba revolution with this fun and addictive twist on exercising.

T.N.T. – A 60 minute class that tightens and tones each muscle group by using dumbbells, bands, and stability balls. Promotes muscle strength and endurance.

Ripped-Up Abs – A 15 minute concentrated core conditioning class designed to improve core strength and lower back support.

Pilates – A 60 minute class using a series of controlled movements designed to enhance strength, flexibility, control, balance, and fluid movement. Please bring a mat.

Step It Up – A 60 minute challenging workout using an adjustable platform and various combination moves to burn calories and build stamina. Improves cardiovascular conditioning, coordination, and agility. Abdominal training and stretching are included.

Pi-Yo – A 60 minute combination of Pilates and Yoga! Improves health, balance, flexibility, focus, coordination, stamina, and strength. Please bring a mat.

Pump – A 60 minute barbell and dumbbell class that will challenge your entire body using the best weight room exercises – squats, presses, lifts, and curls. Followed by a 15 minute ab class.

Extreme Bootcamp – A 60 minute high energy interval training class that combines athletic aerobic movements with strength and stability exercises. Abs included.

Turbo Kick – A 60 minute powerful cardio conditioning class designed around basic kickboxing elements. All performed to heart-pumping music. Abs included.

H.I.I.T. – A high intensity interval training. A hard to medium impact, hard core exercise for one straight followed by a 30 second rest. This training will raise and lower your heart rate which boosts metabolism and burns fat.

Silver Sneakers – A 60 minute class customized for our senior members designed exclusively for older adults who want to improve their strength, flexibility, balance, and endurance.

Yoga – A 60 minute class utilizing various postures to create flexibility and strength using controlled static stretches. Fusion of mind and body for a sense of calm and relaxation. Please bring a mat.
